Over the years, we’ve developed and refined an efficient process, putting the customer at the centre of our approach. From the outset, we aim to offer solutions to customer problems, ensuring that we manage the entire process from consultation to completion. Our experience of dealing with a range of customers from various sectors also allows us to be flexible in this approach and adapt where necessary.
Our account management team will meet with perspective customers to scope out the project. During this process, we will survey any existing livery designs, discuss any existing issues or pain points and assess customer needs in depth.
Taking the brief from the initial consultation stage, our design team will create an initial concept which addresses the specific needs of the client. This may include designs for a number of vehicle variations.
Following artwork approval, we will produce a prototype kit and apply to a customer vehicle for sign off. Planning will also begin simultaneously at this stage with works scheduling and vehicle variation preparation beginning.
Once all elements have been signed off, parts are structured and grouped into kits where necessary. Where customers have specified an accident repair service, products and kits are also made available for order.
